I'm always looking to expand my knowledge and skills in any way I can. I regularly read books and take courses on marketing and design, social psychology, and business development. A few favourite books are 'The Power of Habit' by Charles Duhigg, 'Drive' by Daniel H. Pink, and 'Universal Principles of Design' by Jill Butler, Kritina Holden, and Will Lidwell.
I regularly host events for the website citysocializer.com on a voluntary basis. Not only has this been a great way to meet new people from all walks of life, but it's given me the opportunity to fully explore everything Liverpool has to offer. I'm also very active in the local swing dancing scene where I'm always meeting fantastic new people.
I like to offset the often desk-bound nature of my work by staying as active as possible in my spare time. I'm very actively involved in the local swing dancing community, where I regularly teach classes and even perform at the odd event. I also like to occasionally go bouldering and running.
